Critical Parts Inventory is a spare parts replenishment program based on a designated list of parts subject to either operator breakage or normal wear that are necessary and critical to the uninterrupted operation of the machine.  CPI Parts are inventoried in Crystal Lake (Chicago), IL, USA.

All Tekna CNC machines can be accessed and controlled remotely by Tekna Technicians.  Customers utilize this capability for remote training, applications advice, and troubleshooting—without cost or limitation!

Critical Service Response is a technical support program that recognizes the importance of minimizing downtime on valuable production machinery—regardless of the cause.  Standard technical support is available during normal business hours on weekdays.  Special evening hours and weekend technical support is offered as well.  On site technical assistance is supported by Tekna trained and employed technicians traveling to your location from our Crystal Lake (Chicago), IL, USA facility.
