Eugenio Maina — President |
|
Eugenio is the Chief Executive for Tekna’s North American Operations. He brings over 44 years of Aluminum extrusion and fabrication experience to the Tekna group. Eugenio began his career in his family’s aluminum extrusion business in 1961 serving in an administrative and finance capacity. In 1968 the family business was sold to Alusuisse (now Alcan). Eugenio’s career continued to develop within the Alusuisse group where he served in various positions within the Administration, Financing and Human Resources areas and he was ultimately appointed Human Resources Director of 6 Alusuisse Italian plants. Prior to then, in 1964, Eugenio’s brother, Giancarlo Maina, founded Tekna to service the specific fabrication needs of the family owned extrusion company. Eugenio joined his brother and Tekna in 1988. He is today both Vice President of Tekna s.r.l. as Managing Director for Administration, Financing and Human Resources and President of Tekna USA Corp. |

Kyle Hendrickson — Vice President/Sales Director |
|
Kyle provides leadership and management for North American operations. He is responsible for Sales, Marketing and Administration. In collaboration with Tekna s.r.l., Kyle develops Tekna USA’s long and short term strategic plans. In addition, he participates in developing technical solutions that meet the variety of needs of Tekna’s prospective and existing customers. Kyle brings a diverse background of technical, sales and administrative experience to the Tekna team. His background includes representing and managing organizations that include a tier one automotive brake manufacturer, a national flight school, an aviation financial consulting firm, and a spring and metal stamping manufacturer. He has extensive experience with CNC production design, setup and implementation, has served on the technical design advisory board for a CNC machinery manufacturer, and has over 22 years experience as a licensed aerobatic pilot. |

Giovanni Barbareschi — Product Development Manager |
|
Giovanni provides leadership and guidance for Tekna’s global product development and marketing efforts and is responsible for coordinating efforts to develop the North American Market. He has studied at universities in Italy and in the UK and has an honored MSc in Control Systems and Automation Engineering. |

Antonio Dettori — Technical Manager |
|
Antonio is responsible for Tekna USA’s Technical Service Department. With an education and background in Electrotechnics, he has served as a Technical Specialist in global firms that supply products ranging from office machinery to automotive wheel servicing equipment. He joined Tekna s.r.l. in 1999 as a Technical Assistant and was responsible for installation, training and maintenance of Tekna products in different geographical areas such as Europe, Asia, the Middle East, North and South America and the Caribbean. |

Ronna Hyde — Customer Service Supervisor |
|
Ronna is responsible for all aspects of customer service, office administration and leadership with Tekna’s CPI and CSR programs. She has over 12 years customer service and administrative experience including administrative duties in the construction and mortgage industries, customer service for a large fast-paced subscription agency and accounting for an internationally recognized carbide cutting tool company. Ronna joined Tekna USA in 2005 and is a critical contributor to Tekna’s efforts to provide superior customer support and service. |
